Oreo Cookie Butter Banana Puffs

Delicious easy homemade oreo butter with only two ingredients. Oreos and coconut oil. So simple!👏🏼
The cookie butter is delicious on toast, porridge or directly from a spoon😉
But to take it up a notch I created these oreo cookie butter banana puffs 🤤
Crispy, flaky and soft puff pastries filled with Oreo butter and sweet bananas 🍌
Great as gifts on valentines or mothers day. Or just for yourself 😜

INGREDIENTS: English version… Scroll for Danish version

  • 14 Oreos
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 1 banana

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Crush the Oreos and add them to a food processor.
  • Blend for about two minutes.
  • Add the coconut oil.
  • Blend for another few minutes.
  • Stop a few times to scrape down the sides.
  • Unroll the pastry and cut into 24 equal squares.
  • Add one tbs of Oreo butter and three banana coins to half of the squares.
  • Top each filled square with an empty square and press firmly together with a fork.
  • Bake squares in the oven for 25 minutes at 200c.
  • Let cool slightly and top with icing sugar and cocoa powder.

INGREDIENSER:

  • 14 Oreos
  • 2 spsk kokos olie
  • 1 rulle butterdej
  • 1 banan

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Knus Oreos og kom dem i en foodprocessor.
  • Blend i ca to minutter.
  • Tilføj kokosolien.
  • Blend i et par minutter mere.
  • Stop et par gange og skrab siderne.
  • Rul butterdejen ud og skær i 24 ligestore firkanter.
  • Kom én spsk Oreo butter og tre bananskiver på halvdelen af firkanterne.
  • Læg en tom butterdejs firkant ovenpå de fyldte og tryk sammen med en gaffel.
  • Bag i ovnen i 25 minutter ved 200c.
  • Lad dem afkøle lidt og top med flormelis og kakaopulver.
