It snowed where I live today 😱 Already?! It’s not even November 🤷🏻♀️ But what’s better than being inside in the warm, making delicious food and looking out on the snow?❄️ I’ve created these fancy looking and even better-tasting chocolate cups with a strawberry creme filling 🍓 I added some pistachios for extra flavour and crunch! So good!😋 And of course; chocolate and strawberry is such a classic combination so I think you are going to love this sweet recipe❣️

CHOCOLATE CUPS WITH STRAWBERRY CREME
INGREDIENTS: English version
- 100g dark chocolate
- 75g frozen strawberries
- 50g nut butter
- 1/2 tsp date syrup
- 2 tbs pistachio nuts
- Cacao nibs
- 6 muffin moulds
METHOD:
- Melt half of the chocolate.
- This can be done in a saucepan or in the microwave.
- Add around 1 tbs chocolate to each mould.
- Work chocolate up the sides of the moulds with a spoon.
- Freeze while making the filling.
- Pour boiling water over the frozen strawberries.
- Drain the water and add the strawberries to a blender/food processor.
- Add the cashew butter and date syrup as well.
- Blend till a creamy consistency is reached.
- Chop 1 tbs pistachios and add them to the mixture.
- Mix well.
- Add around 1 tbs of the mixture to each mould.
- Melt the other half of the chocolate and add on top.
- Top with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios and cacao nibs.
- Freeze for around 20 minutes before enjoying.
CHOKOCUPS MED JORDBÆRCREME:
INGREDIENSER: Dansk version
- 100g mørk chokolade
- 75g frosne jordbær
- 50g nøddesmør
- 1/2 tsk dadelsirup
- 2 spsk pistacienødder
- Kakaonibs
- 6 muffinsforme
FREMGANGSMÅDE:
- Smelt halvdelen af chokoladen.
- Dette kan gæres i en gryde eller i mikroovnen.
- Kom ca. 1 spsk chokolade i hver muffinform.
- Sæt dem i fryseren i mens fyldet laves.
- Hæld kogende vand over se frosne jordbær.
- Hæld vandet fra og kom jordbærrene i en blender/foodprocessor.
- Tilføj også cashewbutter og dadelsirup.
- Blend til en ensformig masse opnås.
- Tilføj 1 spsk hakkede pistacienødder til fyldet.
- Kom ca. 1 spsk af fyldet i hver form.
- Smelt den anden halvdel af chokoladen.
- Kom den resterende chokolade i hver muffinform.
- Top chokoladen med hakkede pistacienødder og kakaonibs.
- Stil formene i fryseren i 20 minutter før de nydes.
